Deliveries and Shipping

We can send items to almost any address in the world. If your delivery country is not among the shipping options, please contact us.

If you would like a faster delivery option than what is available on our website, get in touch, and we will be happy to assist.

For deliveries, we use Royal Mail, UPS or FedEx, depending on what we consider to be the most reliable option based on the price paid.

Any delivery times we provide are estimated, and can never be guaranteed, but we will always try out best to help get items to you before deadlines. Although we cannot take responsibility for courier delays or customs delays, we will assist the best we can if delays occur. It is always advisable to order as early as possible to avoid delay or disappointment.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any scent machine or the bottle size of an aroma oil can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.



Refunds and Returns Policy

You may return most items within and not after 3 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the items are in unused condition and we have agreed to accept the return.

We cannot provide refunds for bespoke / custom-made scents, Aroma Cubes or Aroma Blocks if there are no defects with the products that we consider to be reasonable cause for a refund.

Due to production costs, if over 2 litres of aroma oil are ordered and the customer changes their mind after smelling the oil, and if no significant defects are present, we may deny a return. So you can be sure it is the aroma oil you need, we are happy to send samples in advance of an order.

If your items have no significant defects, we may ask you to cover any fees, including customs fees, required for the items to be sent back to the UK.

When a return is agreed upon, we will provide the agreed refund upon receiving the relevant items back at the AromaPrime factory, as long as the items are in unused condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of the relevant items returning to the AromaPrime factory, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as soon as we can.

 

Customs and Import fees

Please note that international orders may come with unforeseen customs and import fees. We are unfortunately not able to estimate customs and import fees, and these must be paid for by the customer if they occur.

If you choose not to accept your order due to such fees, please contact us. If the package is abandoned or destroyed by the courier after being refused by the customer, AromaPrime cannot provide a refund for the order. If the package is returned to AromaPrime by the courier following refusal by the customer, and AromaPrime agrees to accept this return, the courier may apply a charge, and this will be deducted from any agreed refund for the order upon receipt of the returned package.
