• AromaPrime does not sell or make available specific information about our customers or their clients except as requested by a valid court order or otherwise required by law.
• For any requests for access, alteration, restriction or erasure (or any other form of request) of customer data, received either by email or phone - these are to be processed promptly with confirmation provided by email.
• All customer data entrusted to us is stored securely.
• Data is held only for the required period and erased thereafter.
• Any breech of security will result in compromised customers being notified immediately.
• No Customer data is shared outside the company.
• Customer data is stored for purposes of repeat orders and marketing.
